The station is located on Provincial Highway 301 in Daheyan Town, Turpan City, Xinjiang. It mainly provides battery swapping services for 50 coal transport tractors along the Harrow Railway and Lanxin Railway stations. It is equipped with one FX Mini type battery swapping station and four 320kW charging piles. In response to extreme environmental tests such as surface temperatures exceeding 70 ℃ in summer, the battery swapping station warehouse is equipped with an intelligent temperature control program. When the set temperature is exceeded, the intelligent temperature control program will automatically start to ensure that the working temperature inside the station is within a safe range; Equipped with a liquid cooling system, when the battery is charged, it automatically activates the battery cooling function to ensure safe battery charging; High temperature resistant, anti-aging and efficient thermal insulation materials are selected for the charging and changing equipment to effectively reduce the impact of external high temperature on internal equipment, so as to ensure the long-term stable operation of the whole station under high temperature environment. The entire station operates 24 hours a day, saving customers about 3.5 million yuan since its launch!
