intelligent management

Implementing ship energy consumption and battery lifecycle monitoring through cloud platforms to improve operational efficiency.

Intelligent Ship Energy Consumption Monitoring Platform

1. Fine particle size data collection: Real time monitoring of BMS data, battery tilt angle, battery swapping pin temperature, etc., supporting abnormal state warning.

2. Full chain digital management: Integrate ship positioning, power system, and distribution system data through cloud control platform to achieve energy consumption analysis and automated management of operation and maintenance work orders.

Shore end charging system

1. High voltage fast charging capability: Pre installed integrated design (800kVA high-voltage charging compartment), output DC1000V, supports 720kW high-power charging, and is suitable for the fast energy replenishment needs of electric ships.

2. Integrated station construction: AC10kV connection, after transformer voltage reduction, directly connected to ships through cable conveying devices, shortening the station construction period and reducing infrastructure costs.

Marine battery swapping system

1. Efficient battery swapping process: The shore mobile battery swapping car collaborates with the marine intelligent battery swapping robot to achieve rapid lifting and replacement of battery boxes, compatible with 282-600kWh standard battery boxes.

2. Universal use of vehicle and vessel batteries: Unify battery specifications, reduce the adaptation cost between ships and shore based equipment, and improve battery recycling efficiency.

Marine containerized mobile power supply

1. High capacity and safety: The nominal power consumption is 1964.16kWh, and the A60 fireproof cabin and heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system are used to meet maritime safety standards.

2. Modular design: The battery compartment, electrical compartment, and other compartments are arranged independently, supporting the independent operation of dual battery packs and adapting to different ship power needs.

3. Environmental adaptability: The protection level reaches wind and rain tightness, equipped with a water-cooled unit (cooling capacity of 8kW), suitable for humid and high-temperature environments in ports.
