The Chengdu Chongqing Power Corridor Heavy Truck Charging and Swapping Project is the first highway heavy truck charging and swapping corridor in China. Six charging and swapping stations have been set up in four locations: Chengdu Longquan Minsheng Logistics Park, Chengdu Chongqing Expressway Zizhong Parking Area, Chengdu Chongqing Expressway Yongchuan Service Area, and Chongqing Guoyuan Port. Among them, Zizhong Parking Area and Yongchuan Service Area each have two single channel swapping stations; Minsheng Logistics Park and Guoyuan Port each have one single channel battery swapping station. The project can effectively solve the problems of low efficiency, long refueling time, and lack of refueling facilities in long-distance refueling of new energy heavy-duty trucks, and alleviate range anxiety. After joint debugging and evaluation of 6 battery swapping stations, the reliability and stability of the swapping equipment meet the requirements for new energy heavy-duty truck swapping; The single battery replacement time only takes 3-5 minutes, and the success rate of automatic battery replacement is 99%. It can complete up to 168 battery replacements within 24 hours, suitable for most heavy-duty truck models such as Geely, Dongfeng, FAW, and Heavy Duty Truck Ace. It is expected that after full operation in the future, the annual power consumption will be 36 million kWh, which can reduce carbon emissions by 151200 tons, fuel consumption by 6.48 million liters, and logistics costs by more than 30%.
