Project Highlights

This station is an energy guarantee swapping station for the Yangshan Phase IV automated terminal AGV (container automatic guided vehicle, operated by magnetic tracking guidance) supporting project. It is also the first fully automated AGV swapping station built in China, solving the problem of AGV long-term endurance and ensuring that AGV can operate 24 hours a day. At the same time, Jiuxing also provides a matching AGV battery box in this project, and the use of high-capacity lithium batteries allows the AGV to operate continuously for 12 hours after being fully charged; The battery replacement robot enables AGV to replace batteries in just 6 minutes and fully charge the battery in just 2 hours. In addition to the battery swapping system, Jiuxing has also installed high-power charging piles at Yangshan Port, and the charging and swapping system serves 50 AGVs at the dock.
