Project Highlights

This station is one of the major transportation projects in Shanghai, and is a supporting project for the AIV (intelligent horizontal transport vehicle, relying on self vehicle perception recognition system and algorithms for recognition and navigation) of the Shanghai Luojing Port Container Terminal. It is the first AIV container intelligent transfer vehicle swapping station built in China during the same period as the port construction. The station is equipped with customized AIV saddle shaped batteries from Jiuxing, adapted to the latest port transportation and interface standards. Through a highly integrated swapping solution, it solves the compatibility problem of AIV equipment intelligent charging and swapping operations, while effectively reducing the overall height of the battery frame. While ensuring that AIV can operate 24 hours a day, it further realizes fast operation.
