Project Highlights

This station is a supporting project for the Yangshan Port water, road, and rail transportation system. In order to assist in the high-energy consumption logistics transportation scene of the port, achieve energy conservation, emission reduction, and cost reduction and efficiency improvement, a 900 type intelligent driving parallel battery swapping station is adopted, with a total of 12 batteries and 13 battery charging positions. It is equipped with the latest ground rail gantry dual station battery swapping robot technology developed by Jiuxing. The robot is designed with a mechanical telescopic arm to achieve collaborative battery swapping. The battery swapping time is reduced by 50% compared to the original single robot lifting and swapping method, and the fastest swapping time is 1 minute and 50 seconds. It can meet the battery swapping needs of up to 288 trains per day, providing green energy services for intelligent heavy-duty trucks traveling 35 kilometers between Yangshan Port and the new area distribution center, and one-way. The battery swapping station adopts a customized high salt spray version solution, which can resist corrosion caused by seawater vapor, enhance wind and earthquake resistance stability, and resist sea breeze and typhoon invasion.
